Packaging & closed-box inspection for furniture components

High-mix packaging of furniture components at speed, with frequent changeovers and staff rotation: missing pieces, wrong items and above all mirror-image left/right parts that look almost identical — keeping focus on them for a whole shift is exactly where human inspection fails. And once a box is sealed, its content is invisible.

QiPACK monitors every package on the conveyor, trained directly from production samples — the QC team defines what a good pack looks like and operators get instant pass/fail feedback with an RGB light and tablet UI. QiSHELL adds closed-box verification: labels, printed codes (OCR), print quality and the sealed package itself — correctly glued, no creases or tears — checked before dispatch.

Production dashboards show a 98.9% pass rate with thousands of units per shift, hourly pass-rate trends for the production manager, and a complete image archive for traceability — proof of what left the line, unit by unit.
